Excellent service provided during my stay at the Vaughan Thomas Ward , Warneford Hospital, from the house keeping team through to senior staff I was treated fairly , with empathy , compassion, and without predudice .
Obviously a few minor discretion’s but these were identified and acted upon with both professionalism & haste.
Without selecting any individual who excelled I would like to raise the profile of , Shelia, Shannon, Abdiaziz, and Scott , who are a credit to both their profession and the trust .

Happy with the care my son had
Poor at night he couldn’t sl Ed very well and this is always a parent of his relapse but in hospital staff wake him every hour it’s ridiculous he needs undisturbed sleepthe sensors is a great idea hope it works will make such a difference

Everything is fine with it on the ward. Except for the reason coffee machine, they, the patients, keep throwing liquids in the tray and they leave it in a mess, other than that everything is fine

Most of the staff are very caring and compassionate but some are very patronising and talk down to you as if your are stupid

We were fully involved and had tremendous support from the team, all the nurses, Matron Carol and Dr Barrera allvery respectful kind and considered our needs as a family as well as our son, we are so grateful Thank you

The care I received has and is predominantly carried out in an amazing dedicated care routine. Containing structure and safety, consideration, respect yet as an abuse victim throughout my life, the managers have confirmed I will always work with female team. And I owe my life to them. Through their dedicated duration to care for us. My life as a potter me and made me new and whole again. I pray they receive the nuggets crowns of all.
